- The product presents a high risk of fire and burns as it is not provided with any overheat protection. The appliance caught fire under the stalled rotor/restricted air flow test conditions and could lead to the user receiving burns if the product catches fire while in their hands.
- The product had not been correctly fitted with a standard plug, as defined by the Plugs and Socket Regulations 1994. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
