Summary
The KAKUSIGA “Power Adapter” USB charger (model KSC‑1225) has been withdrawn from the market because it can cause electric shock. The device lacks sufficient insulation between its primary and secondary circuits, allowing the USB port to become live and violating the Low Voltage Directive and EN 60335‑1. Importers and distributors must remove the product from sale as of 28 May 2025.
