Summary
The rocket explodes at too low altitude (below 20 m.) and can burst too close to the ground (below 3 m).Bystanders can be hit by parts of the firework, causing burns and/or damage to sight. The sound pressure level is too high. Excessive noise levels may cause damage to hearing.
