- A white UK plug adapter sold with the Yoto 2nd Generation player manufactured and sold between 2021 and 2023.

- The product presents a risk of electric shock as it has been identified that there is a manufacturing defect involving the UK plug adaptor. In some cases, this could cause the UK plug adaptor to break when the user attempts to remove the plug from the socket, leaving live pins exposed. If the user were to touch these live parts, they could receive an electric shock.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
- Corrective action
- Affected consumers should cease use of the UK plug adapter and access the Yoto product safety page to order a replacement Type G pin adapter: https://uk.yotoplay.com/repair/replacementpin
