- The product presents a serious risk of electric shock due to poor internal construction, lack of protection from live parts, and poor quality supply cord and internal wiring. The power supply cord was inadequately tightened, allowing it to become loose, and the earthing wire was not connected. The cross-sectional area of the cord was also considered inadequate.
