- The product presents a high risk of electric shock as the earthing arrangements are insufficient, which can allow accessible metal parts of the product to become live. If the consumer were to touch accessible metal parts, they would receive an electric shock. The cords were also insufficiently anchored, and could detach from the product, exposing live wiring. The product also required improvement to marking, labelling and documentation.
