- The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
- Corrective action
- Products with an affected date stamp have been recalled by Ikea. The recall commenced in June 2025.
- Consumers who own one an affected garlic press should immediately stop using it and return it to any IKEA store for a full refund. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required.
