Summary
A white USB charger (models EP‑TA20EWE and GSM0514B) has been found to have inadequate insulation and a mains connector that is too small, which can expose users to live parts and cause electric shock. The product does not meet the Low Voltage Directive or EN 60335‑1 requirements and is considered a serious risk. The distributor has been ordered to withdraw the charger from the market, with the measure taking effect on 16 June 2025.
