Summary
The Qihang FAST CHARGER (model QH‑Z50) USB charger set lacks adequate insulation between its primary and secondary circuits, allowing the USB ports and cable to become live with mains voltage and creating a serious electric‑shock risk. The product does not comply with the EU Low Voltage Directive or the European standard EN 60335‑1. EU authorities have ordered distributors to withdraw the charger from the market, recall it from end users and ban its further marketing, effective 21 May 2025.
