Summary
The live parts of the plugs are accessible when the plug is completely or partially engaged with a socket. It is possible to partially insert just one pin of the plug into the adaptor. If only one of the pins is inserted into a socket, the user could touch the other pin of the plug and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive.
