- Small parts can easily be detached from the toy and it can easily break, releasing small parts. A small child may put the small parts in the mouth and choke. The toy's handle is too long: a child could put the protruding part into the mouth, which could block the airways. The strap attached to the toy does not have a quick release mechanism. If worn around the neck, it could form a loop and become trapped, leading to strangulation. The sound pressure level is too high and could lead to permanent or partial hearing loss.
