What is the risk?

• The swivel has been assembled incorrectly and the two sides of the swivel could become separated in certain circumstances. If coming apart whilst loaded, it could cause the climber to fall and suffer injuries.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment Directive (since 21/04/2018 repealed by the Personal Protective Equipment Regulation) and the relevant European Standard EN 362.
