What is the risk?

• The electrical insulation as well as the clearance /creepage distances between the primary and accessible secondary circuits are not sufficient. In addition, the input protective earth is not connected to output protective earth, hence continuity of protective earth does not occur. The user could receive an electric shock from accessible (live) parts. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standards EN 62040-1, EN 60950-1, and EN 62368-1.
