Summary
Due to a defect in the emergency call system, a temporary fall in the on-board voltage levels resulting from an accident could cause the location of the vehicle communicated when an emergency call is made to not correspond to the actual location of the vehicle. This could delay the arrival of emergency vehicles, potentially increasing the effects of the accident.
