- The clearance /creepage distances between the primary and accessible secondary circuits are not sufficient; also, these two circuits are not insulated from each other and are linked by an inadequate condenser. Furthermore, the dielectric strength (on the printed circuit and in the transformer between the primary and secondary windings) is insufficient.
