What is the risk?

The bottle containing the mixture does not bear an adequate label; the user therefore has no information on the dangers incurred when the product comes into contact with the skin or if it is ingested. In addition, the product can be misleading for consumers as it refers to a drink both in respect of packaging and in terms of organoleptic characteristics, i.e. intense aroma of cocoa. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP) and the requirements of Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
