Live parts may become accessible while the heating element may fuse the mains supply when touching the earthed frame, and the product may suffer an electric breakdown. Moreover, the product's supply cord may overheat. Hence, the product could cause a fire, and the user may receive an electric shock from accessible live parts or burns.
