- This product contains more than the maximum permitted amount of nicotine solution (6.5 ml). Furthermore, despite indicating that it contains nicotine (20 mg/ml), the product does not have a leaflet providing the consumer with information about safe and correct use of the product. Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user’s safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
