- The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets etc (Safety) Regulations 1994.
- Corrective action

- Follow the online steps to arrange for a replacement plug and lead to be provided. Once the replacement plug lead has been received, customers should remove the original plug lead and dispose of it safely via a WEEE recycling facility.
