The live and neutral pins, and the Insulated Shutter Operating Device, do not meet the minimum height requirements. This means the product may not make a secure connection with the socket, presenting a risk of overheating and fire. Improvements are also required to the products markings, warnings and instructions. A valid Declaration of Conformity was not supplied with the machinery.
