- The product presents a risk of electric shock because the plug face does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363. The plug pins are less than 9.5mm from the periphery. If a user touches the pins while unplugging or plugging in the product, they may receive an electric shock. Improvements are also required to the product documentation, labelling and marking.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
