- A steam cleaner with attached power cord and wall plug. The product also comes with additional nozzles as accessories.

- The product presents a serious risk of fire as the plug fuse has insufficient granular filler and therefore does not meet the requirements of BS 1362. A compliant, correctly rated fuse is required to ensure the safe operation of the product under fault conditions. Should a fault occur, without granular filler the plug may overheat and ignite, causing a fire. The product also presents a risk of electric shock as accessible metal parts can become live during use.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
