- Magnetic fishing game with hollow plastic sea life with inserted screws. There is a fishing rod with magnetic baitfish on end of line.

- The product presents a risk of choking as the fishing rod handle broke during impact test, and the fishing rod string broke during tension test, which created small parts that fit wholly into a small parts cylinder. A young child may place the small parts into their mouth and choke.
- The magnet on the fish was found to have a magnetic flux of 75.6 kG²mm²., which is greater than the maximum permissible level of 50 kG²mm². Small, high-powered magnetic products can be easily swallowed and, when ingested, have the potential to cause serious internal injuries within the gastrointestinal tract.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
