- Small soft-filled, ‘crocheted’ cat figure with plastic eyes, holding a plastic card. Card reads “Pawsitive Cat - I may be a tiny cat, but I believe in you. Go do your thing!” and “ You’re Pawsome!”.

- The product presents a serious risk of asphyxiation because the flexible plastic bag has an area greater than 100mm x 100mm and the thickness is 0.030 ± 0.002mm. This is less than the minimum 0.038mm specified. If a child placed the bag over their head, they could asphyxiate.
- The product also presents a choking risk because the cat eyes detached with minimal force, creating small parts which fit entirely within a small parts cylinder. If a child puts these small parts in their mouth, they could choke. Improvements are also required to product labelling and markings.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
