- 4 slice 3 in 1 sandwich maker in black and silver, supplied with a 2 pin plug and 3 pin travel adapter.

- The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the plug does not comply with BS1363. The plug was supplied with a separate 3 pin travel adapter which did not meet the minimum dimensional requirements. The
- pins on the sample were too close to the periphery and did not contain all the necessary markings/labelling. A user may consequently access live parts when plugging in, or unplugging, the product from an electrical socket and may receive an electric shock.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
