- The product presents a high risk of choking and internal injuries due to the presence of small parts that fit entirely inside of a small parts cylinder. A young child may put a small part in its mouth and the parents/carers may not notice in time, so the small part could block the child’s airways.
- The magnets were found to have an excessively high magnetic flux, greater than the maximum permitted by the relevant standard. Small, high-powered magnetic products can easily be swallowed and, when ingested, have the potential to cause serious internal injuries within the gastrointestinal tract.
