- A plastic tube of slime with plastic screw lid. The slime is ombre with glitter and is available in various colours designs including purple, green, pink and orange.

- The product presents a serious chemical risk as it contains excess concentrations of boron. The sample was found to contain 500mg/kg of boron, which exceeds the maximum permissible concentration of 300mg/kg. Digestion or contact with an excessive quantity of boron may harm the health of children by damaging their reproductive system.
- Additionally, the product presents a risk of choking as when tested, parts of the slime detached easily, and a hard ‘small ball’ was a present as a removable component. Both the slime and small ball were able to fit entirely inside of a small parts cylinder, meaning that if a child user were to put the product in their mouths, they may choke. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
- Corrective action
- Owners should stop using this product immediately. Contact the distributor you purchased from to request redress.
