- When subjected to the stability test the frame tipped over sideways, which could cause serious injuries if the child was to fall if they climbed the toy from the side.
- Activity toys must be assembled using self-locking mechanisms however the ramp has no means of attachment and the main frame has no means of being locked in the open position.
- Slides should also consist at least of a starting section, a sliding section and a run-out section, however the slide did not have a starting section (with handles) or a run-out section which poses further risk of injuries.
- The toy does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
- Corrective action
- The product has been destroyed.
