- A soft filled plush duck with rabbit ears wearing a green bonnet and a pink jacket with two yellow buttons and two pink decorative buttons on the back. A metal stud and small ribbon was attached to one of the rabbit ears.

- The product presents a serious risk of choking as one of the yellow buttons on the jacket detached at a force of 58 ± 0.6 Newtons (N), the two pink buttons detached at forces of 71 ±0.7N and 54 ±0.5N and the metal stud detached at a force of 32 ±0.3N i.e. less than the specified minimum of 90 N. All the detached components fitted wholly inside the small parts cylinder of dimensions specified in paragraph 8.2 and therefore pose a potential choking hazard to a child under 36 months.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
