- The product presents a high risk of asphyxiation as the flexible plastic bag used for packaging has an area greater than 100mm x 100mm and was found to have a bag thickness of 0.035 ± 0.002mm. This is less than the minimum 0.038mm specified. If a child were to place the plastic bag over their head, they could suffocate.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
