- The product presents a high risk of electric shock as the heating elements are insufficiently insulated. In addition, the plug supplied with the warmer does not contain a ballast and the fuse is counterfeit. During normal use, the product could short-circuit, causing electric shock. Improvements are also required to marking, labelling and documentation.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
