- The product presents a high risk of injuries as it is insufficiently robust to prevent against falls, with sides that were too short and insufficient strength in the backrest to hold the user in place. The holes on the side of the chair are of a size and shape that could allow young children to insert their fingers, posing an entrapment hazard. The bag used for packaging was also insufficiently thick and presents an asphyxiation hazard.
