- The charger presents a high risk of fire as it has insufficient creepage and clearance distances and insulation. Under fault conditions, the charger could overheat and ignite, causing a fire. Additionally, the dimensions of the plug face did not prevent access to live parts, exposing an electric shock hazard. Improvements are required to marking, labelling and documentation.
