- A two-wheeled electric bicycle sold in black, white, red and yellow colours. The frame number is engraved in the lower left rear dropout or underneath the top tube on a barcode sticker.

- Affected bicycles present a risk of injuries as it is possible for the steering tube on the front fork of the bike to fracture. If this happened during use, it could result in the user losing control of the bicycle and receiving injuries.
- The affected products do not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
