- Black ceramic plated hair straightener with a two-pin plug.

- The product presents a high risk of electric shock as it fails to provide adequate protection against access to live parts. It should only be possible to touch parts separated from live parts by double or reinforced insulation. However, when tested, one of the test probes touched wires protected by basic insulation only. The product was provided with a loose adapter and some of the required documentation and markings was not present.
