- The product presents a high risk of electric shock as it does not have a suitable earthing arrangement. It was considered that in order to “be of sufficient rating” the earthing conductor should allow a current of 25 A to flow for a period of 1 minute. When this test was applied, the printed track melted, emitting smoke and continuity was interrupted, leaving the user vulnerable to electric shock.
