- The product presents a high risk of electric shock. The transformer was of poor build quality because the primary and secondary wings were found to be touching. This poses a hazard of fire, explosion and electric shock. Additionally, the plug face did not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363 because the distance from the outside edge to the live pin is too short.
