- A car buffing or polishing machine with wall plug and 12V battery.

- The product presents a risk of fire as it is fitted with a plug with an incorrectly rated fuse. Under fault conditions, this could cause the plug and/or product to overheat and ignite, causing a fire. Additionally, the transformer has insufficient creepage and clearance distances, and does not meet the insulation requirements for Class II equipment. Improvements are also required to marking, labelling and documentation.
