- The product poses a risk of choking, as when tested, a hole was present in one of the yellow ‘bugs’ attached to a wrist rattle so that the inner plastic rattle was accessible using the front part of the specified (test) probe A.
- The inner rattle fitted wholly inside the small parts cylinder and therefore poses a potential choking hazard to a child under 36 months.
- The product does not comply fully with the marking requirements of the relevant standard and does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
