Reason for the recall
- The product presents a high risk of electric shock as it failed the electric strength test. The insulation broke down when the 3000 V test voltage was applied between the live input and the LED strip. The appliance was fitted with a non-UK plug and the non-UK plug fitted to the equipment had not been correctly fitted with a compatible conversion plug.
