- The product poses a serious risk of electric shock as when assessed the equipment was found to be supplied with a clover shaped plug which does not have the facility for a fuse link (i.e. a plug fuse) and the distance between the pins and the edge of the plug is too short. The plug did not meet the
- dimensional requirements of the relevant standard (BS 1363). Additionally, the product was not fully compliant with the marking requirements of the relevant standard.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
