- The product presents a serious chemical risk as the snap bands have an excessive concentration of phthalates. Phthalates may harm the health of children, possibly causing damage to the reproductive system.
- The product also presents risk of suffocation, as the plastic bag packaging supplied with the product does not meet the minimum requirement for the thickness for packaging. The balloons supplied with the product did not possess the required safety warnings.
