The creepage distance between live and neutral on the control PCB tracks were found to be 1.9mm, below the minimum of 2.5mm. Also, the supply cord is tied in a knot internally for cord anchorage, which is not deemed a suitable method. The product did not contain a marking label and no user instructions were provided.
