- 2-gang wall socket in matt gray, supplied in a box of 100 with the words Switch And Socket on the packaging. The label identifies the product as a “2 Gang 2 Way Switch” and describes the colour as “skin-feeling gray.”

- The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as it is not sufficiently earthed. In the event of a fault, accessible metal parts could become live and shock the user. It also presents a risk of fire because it has inadequate internal construction, including wires soldered directly to live and neutral connections. Over time, this may lead to the product overheating and catching fire. The plug face also does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363, which means plugs may not make a secure connection with the socket. Improvements are also required to product documentation and labelling.
