- The product does not meet the requirements of the Recreational Craft Regulations 2017.
- Corrective action
- Recall of the product from end users.
- To rectify the issue, the manufacturer has initiated a modification programme whereby extra foam will be added to the AFT corners.
- Affected consumers have been notified directly and are advised to contact their dealers to arrange an appointment to have the modification carried out.
