- The product presents a risk of fire as the internal Li-ion Polymer battery may fail during charging or whilst in standby mode. If the product is charged or left unattended in standby mode, a fault may occur leading to thermal runaway and the product catching fire.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

- The product has been recalled from end users.
- The manufacturer advises owners to stop using the product immediately and move it to an outdoor location. Owners should dispose of it safely via their local household waste disposal site. Consumers should check first with their local centre if they accept this type of battery.
