- The ‘Ultralink’ is a shackle that is used for arborist activities to secure the top rope anchor point. The recall applies to all units in circulation from 28th February 2023 to 13th March 2023.

- Reports have been received that the unlock button can be unintentionally depressed and the device inadvertently opened during use. If the button is depressed during use, this could lead to the user falling and being injured.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the PPE Regulation 2016/425.
- Corrective action
