- The product poses a risk of choking as when tested according to the tension test, the magnetic rod detached at a force of 44 N and fits entirely within the small parts cylinder. A young child may place the magnetic rod into their mouth and choke.
- The magnetic flux index of the magnet was found to be 113.61kG2mm2, greater than the limit of 50kG2mm2. If two or more magnets were swallowed, there is a risk that the magnets become drawn to each other in the digestive system, which could cause serious injury or death if medical attention is not sought immediately.
