- The product has been recalled as it has been identified that a small number of products were supplied in the UK which have not been tested against the relevant standards.
- Products intended for the UK market require testing against EN/ISO 12952 and BS 5852:1982. There is therefore a risk that if the pillow is exposed to an open flame that it will catch fire.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988.
