- Stanley 1913 have issued a voluntary recall of the Switchback and Trigger action travel mugs because the lid threads can shrink when exposed to heat and torque, causing the lid to detach during use, posing a burn hazard.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

- Stanley 1913 has asked all their customers currently in possession of the Switchback or Trigger Action travel mugs to immediately stop use of these products and submit a request through this website for a free replacement lid: https://stanley1913tmrecallint.expertinquiry.com/ or by calling 0800 249 4582.
